"Packaging actually stood out"
Ordered from arneclo and the first thing I really noticed was the packaging. I don’t always pay attention to every little detail, but the clean wrapping caught my eye right away. Nothing was crushed, messy, or thrown in carelessly, and the box still felt sturdy after delivery. Simple stuff, but it made it feel like they actually took a bit of care with the order

I was just glad they had stock when everywhere else was out. Needed a specific color and size, and arneclo actually had it, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was easy, no constant restock checking. I’d use them again if they keep good sizes available.

I got my order from ARNE last week, i was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is. The fabric is soft, not itchy at all, and it didn’t feel tight even after wearing it for hours. I wore it out for the whole day and never felt like I needed to change. Overall, I’m happy with it, and I’d definitely appreciate it if the brand offered a little discount or credit for sharing my experience.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but the return updates were way too slow. I kept checking and wondering what was going on, which felt like such a waste of energy for something that should’ve been simple.

I spent maybe 15 or 20 minutes browsing arneclo, and overall the clothes look good. I like the clean designs, and a few of the colors definitely caught my eye. The site itself was easy enough to use, so I didn’t have any trouble looking around. That said, after scrolling through a couple dozen items, a lot of the styles started to feel similar. I also wish the photos showed a bit more detail, like close-ups of the fabric or fit. It’s not a bad shop at all, just not one that totally wowed me

I’ll be honest, I’ve usually stuck with another brand and wasn’t sure I’d come back after asking for a refund. But the process was way smoother than I expected. The money came back in about 2 days, with no endless emails or waiting around. Kind of makes me conflicted, because I’m loyal to my usual brand, but this experience definitely earned some respect.
